How does pricing work?

Each product has tiered unit pricing — the more units in your order, the lower each unit costs. Decoration adds a per-unit cost too, calculated live as you pick positions. The unit price and total you see on the product page are estimates; a final quote, mockup, and ETA come back within one business day.

How fast can you deliver?

Seven business days is our average turnaround for decorated orders, shipped Australia-wide from our ACT facility. Trade Account Plus unlocks a 3-business-day rush option for runs that need to move quicker.

What decoration methods do you support?

Accepted Answer

Embroidery and print, in any combination of positions a garment supports — front left/right chest, back, rear shoulders, sleeves. The methods and positions available on each product are listed on its page; we'll send a mockup before production starts.

Do I need a Trade Account?

Accepted Answer

No — anyone can request a quote. A free Trade Account adds saved garment sets, faster reorders, and full order history. Trade Account Plus adds rush turnaround and a dedicated account contact.

Question 5

What artwork formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Preferred: PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG (vector). Also fine: PNG or JPG at 300dpi or higher. Send it with the quote or email it later — we won't start production until you've signed off the mockup.

Where do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

Australia-wide from our ACT facility. Freight is quoted with the order based on weight, volume, and destination. We can also arrange staged deliveries for larger rollouts.
